OVERSTRAND ARTS/KUNSTE (OAK) is glad to announce that after two years of pandemic regulations they will return to their ‘home’ in the Civic Auditorium in Hermanus where there is a fabulous Yamaha piano.

OAK had, since its inception in 2009, held concerts of a very high standard on a once-a-month basis with well-known international and national artists on the stage to provide music to the public of the Overstrand.

On Sunday, 17 July 2022, the first concert will be held in the Auditorium at 15h30.

Nina Schumann and Luis Magalhães – very well known as TWOPIANISTS – and who need no introduction in the music world – will perform 4 hands on one piano.

The programme will be as follows: Hebrides Overture by Mendelssohn; Fantasie in f minor by Schubert and Spanish Rhapsody by Ravel.
